Okay, I will need an account for the mining guild issue(easy fix). If you want to mine somewhere else that's not on the list you can tick the custom mining box and just fill in the ID's. Hope this helped

I can add east varrock for you. You'll have you go to the mining spot where you want to mine. Refresh the rocks in the GUI and pick your mining location. If you want to mine somewhere else that's not at the list you can tick 'Custom mining'.(This is only for powermining). Hope I'll answered your question. Zawy.
