    1. That food's not being wasted! It's being used to restore your hp lol. It's a whole lot cheaper than prayer pots, but if there is demand they can be added for some enemies.
    2. Ah right the looting threshold is random/acc, so it appears yours does not want bones
    3. It would be useful if you could be specific about how it differs from what is advertised. When you're playing OSRS humanly, you develop your own favourite training locations, and so the bot does it too, which are unique to your account and vary based on location. Walking is also randomised on a per-account basis. Whilst it is easy to think "the bot should go to a different training spot every time for variety and anti-ban, otherwise it sucks", what human goes to a different spot every time? If you were to run the script on another account, you would notice it likes different routes and locations (which to be fair is impossible to tell with just 1 account). About 2.5% of the community experience a ban per day, typically the same users repeatedly. If you really want to make the most of this script, join the discord below and read the botting guide to avoid falling into the common pitfalls.
    4. looting is an option, turn it on in settings, and your bot might loot them (depending on its threshold)
    5. The bot works best when given multiple tasks in case something isn't possible right away. Farming only is not supported, and has minimum gp requirements. Slayer has some level requirements and they're "virtual combat levels" not your account's one. I would suggest joining the Discord below and if you think you found a bug press ctrl+L and put the info in the bugs chat. Nice to hear you are generally liking it.
    6. 1) You are nearly there in terms of ttl, with a default profile it aught to be fine now to self-sustain. 2) It's randomised per account regarding what it wants to buy, but will work with most manually bought warm gear beyond what is listed (excluding holiday items). 3) It hops to a random world, but there is no pker avoidance at the moment. It is fair to say the reaction time is bad - it's not coded in! It's a mid-high priority thing, it would certainly be nice to have. Generally, if you're using at least 50% of the bones, that's at least as good at PoH gp efficiency. 4) Yeah it's unsatisfying, functionally fairly harmless as you say, but might still be something to fix if it only takes a couple lines of code. No promises. I would suggest joining the Discord below, people there are very responsive to ideas and helpful, and there is a Suggestions chat to vote on this sort of thing.
    7. Each instance purchased allows you to run 1 at a time (so you could run 2 with 2 instances). This stops the bot from being farmed into the ground. It is explained better on the store page.
    8. Getting banned is quite unusual, with the exception of new accounts. You might want to join the Discord and read the botting guide/ask for advice, especially when it comes to new account creation.
    9. ensure individual quests are enabled in the quests tab, as well as the generic questing checkbox there, and you have less qp than the qp goal
    10. Depends on future slayer monsters. For spectres it will use ranged gear.
    11. Specifically the mouse. It will only pick up valuables.
    12. Alright let's break this down insulting my competence. Sorry if this was ambiguous, but that's not what I meant there. I said "I could tell you were experienced at - something - (if not GE workings, nor politeness) due to the quite rare level of competence". Specifically, your level of competence is quite rare, i.e. you are refreshingly competent, I bet you are skilled at something. But yeah that was badly worded from me on mobile rip. Saying I'm not being polite while... You cannot use such language and expect politeness back, you let the cat out of the bag and now we're both rude for it lol. You think that pricing data can't be used well, or in a timely manner, and that's all I really needed to know. That's right! You certainly can use the price and margin for flipping, but when it comes to wanting to buy something right now, no amount of price data will help you buy it faster or cheaper. Accuse me of being unfamiliar/questioning my experience. If you think that putting in an offer at +20% means you can expect to pay +20% every time, this is unfamiliar. That's just not how the GE works There's not many good bots that do it, because they're not familiar with markets or how well the APIs can be used, but it's very possible. I agree, and have done the same IRL algorithmically with cryptocurrency to a reasonable degree of success. However, it involves trades that (1) may not go through and (2) tie up lots of resources and time. Whilst this is useful for a flipping bot, these techniques and their associated pricing data do not help here, where the problem is to buy an item as fast as possible. I don't think you give a shit at this point. Depends on some balance of the demand/effort/impact on a per-feature basis. The function works 'well enough' and that's that for you. Yup, making such a change (including some speculative advance-buying technique and stoppage-correction) would take a lot of effort and make a low impact, due to the way the GE works above. You are the only person who has ever suggested it, so there is low demand, although it's fair to assume that most people probably don't realise this is a possibility. Forgive me for being so daring as to suggest that there's room for improvements. Np, feel free to suggest more! Just don't be throwing around words like incompetent, foundationally-flawed, terribly designed, etc, unless you are willing to defend them and potentially have them thrown back.
    13. It is rude to use all the quoted language to describe a process you appear to be unfamiliar with, which is surprising given how long you've worked with GE things, so expect grumpy replies on that. Perhaps you've not used it much by hand in-game. It's certainly unrelated to how long or what you've coded in, but it's somewhat equivalent to a "market order" if you are familiar with trading. That said, I could tell you were experienced at - something - (if not GE workings, nor politeness) due to the quite rare level of competence in your critiques. Whilst there may be APIs with pricing data, they are not useful for acquiring items in a timely manner given specific % budget constraints. The only way to do this is to buy them in advance or place a "market order", the latter of which will usually pay the same price whether it's +10% or +1000%. Knowing the price does not change this strategy in the latter case, nor the former unless you are strongly erring on the safe side as with flipping. Speaking of assumptions, the bot most certainly does not randomise its 5%s with a random number generator from 0-5. As with everything it does, it pulls the number of times it presses + or - from a distribution unique to your account, typically with 2 or 3 possibilities for cheap items.
    14. Ideally, join the discord below and send the logs to the bugs chat so if there is a bug I can fix it. Thanks!
    15. That's not correct, the + and - are needed to buy/sell in a timely manner. The bot pays a small premium (normally 0-3%, up to 20%) to get the item now, and that is the "method". An alternative is putting things at GE price and skipping half the tasks due to items not buying. A high-effort and worse alternative would be to buy in advance, tying up a bunch of gp and requiring stop handling. If you don't like this, you should know that the meta most bots use is to overpay +1000% if an item won't buy. There is no functionality for grouping items right now. It works well enough as-is. It's as sophisticated as it needs to be, and there are dozens of more important features to add before item grouping. Selling later-needed items would incur GE penalties; the bot prefers to keep liquidity in GP and typically does not suffer from money shortages assuming you gave it a reasonable skill balance. With the exception of grouping gold-gems, I have not heard such well thought out but silly critiques in my entire time developing bots. I would strongly advise that you get the necessary domain knowledge, either by creating your own bot, or using others, before declaring that the bot's non-trivial systems are "badly designed", "not sophisticated", "incompetent", "foundational issues" etc.
    16. 1) this is not the actual price you get, when you put an order at +20% it can pay 0-20% more, almost always close to 0%. The % increase/decrease is less for expensive items. 2) this is due to spending limits, the bot likes keeping some liquid gp. Imagine if it skipped task/stopped and all your gp was in herbs. Herblore is an inherently gp-negative skill and the alternative of potion making is at least 3x more money draining. Overall, the bot earns more than enough for its bonds under default settings and reasonable levels. 3) very little (see 1), and surpluses will be used for future tasks. As before, not all of the gp is spent due to liquidity limits, and the gp is distributed evenly towards buying bars and diamonds up to the amount it wants. Why not buy equal qtys? - there is nothing tying the bars and diamonds together and this is the default spending split for items. Might add grouping later. 4) this time you've asked some questions I can answer concretely, but a lot of the behaviours are "sometimes" because indeed each account is different lol. It's not a cop out answer, the script is genuinely coded for each account to behave substantially differently at pretty much everything, including those GE +5%s.
    17. probably invested into gear, it won't run out of gp though it'll just invest as heavily as it deems worth, and later (under default options) earn it back as gp
    18. the script isn't coded to buy/redeem bonds lol, that would have been a different one
    19. It's been quite a while since the script has gotten negative feedback, and you seem to be doing OK too, but suit yourself. If you mean we don't have tick intensive methods, it's not that kind of script.
    20. This does not seem like a script issue. Please ensure your dreambot is correctly installed and up-to-date, and java version is correct
    21. there is a known issue with the _first_ farming run trip with the bottomless bucket. It will sell stuff it doesn't need unless you tell it not to in settings. Let me know if you want a trial reset we fixed this in DMs, let me know if you want a trial reset (although I think you already own it?) suspect caused by wrong java version
    22. You were banned for attempting to rudely sabotage the competition by demanding, for quite some time, that everyone who enters get some % stake of any resulting innovation. If you paid a focus group for a 30 minute consultation on ideas, it would be silly for them to each expect a 5% stake in said ideas. Maybe you think your ideas are one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable, in which case this is not the competition for you. I have no issue with the points raised nor the discussion, rather the manner in which they were raised and your persistence. I can only DM people who share a server. You'd be surprised how many talented people from all walks of life are in the Discord - they are an ideal sample to crowdsource from. You are of course able to keep using the bot, happy you like it.
    23. hopefully coming in march usually it will tp back but sometimes it forgets. Reason for skipping can be found in logs
