I've been having similar issues. sometimes it fills the inventory with all bars or sapphires, sometimes it doesn't bank all of the sapphire rings. Here is one of the bug reports from when it grabbed a full inventory of sapphires at Edge bank. I had all of the gold bars and sapphires in their own tab.
