ImFromHell 3 Posted September 13, 2016 Hello, I am new to this bot I actually love Dreambot, as I have only been using it for about 3-4 weeks now. In this time I have made major progress in 2 accounts I've been botting both on Free to Play. As of these accounts I have been botting them 6 hours a day, every-single day, 3-4 weeks, Monday to Sunday with one, five minute break at three hours, then at 6 hours a break making it stay offline for at-least 10 hours so I can stop it when the bot when it is finished. Neither of these accounts have been banned yet just to make that clear. As of the Script I have been using #1 Woodcutting by #Hashtag the free woodcutting script on Dreambot. The technique I use for this if you want to stay safe is, only bot 1 account at a time on you're IP unless you have proxies then feel free to do more. Here are my recommendations to help you're account staying safe in my experience. 1 Bot logged in at a time on same IP (if you have no proxies) Every 1-2 days change your woodcutting location Don't bot longer then 6 hours a day Don't go to active botting areas such as, G.E Yews, Edgeville Yews, Draynor Willows etc Know you're script does it have good anti-ban features Botting in Members has a lower chance of ban (Still happens a lot though) Micro-manage your account while botting (talk to people every now and then while botting - gets you less system reports) Try avoid botting less or not at all on Monday-Tuesday as they crack down on botting on those days the most. Also try wear items, even if there not expensive just so you're not a plain character woodcutting that also helps, looking like a real player as most bots have nothing on at all. The reason a lot of people get banned early is because they are cutting in these high ban areas, of course moderators and JMods watch these areas closely and find and ban them at a high rate especially in Free to play. I'll tell you the reason why to change your woodcutting location quite frequently: Changing your woodcutting location makes your script change the way it moves your character in-game. For example the script lets say if you bot at G.E Yews for 1-2 days that script will eventually end up repeating itself many times as of what J-Mods can look at and see how it's obviously a bot because it does the same thing every time. Let's say you do that location for 1-2 days then you change your location lets say to Lumbridge yews, and increase the distance so the bot finds all 3 trees be-hide Lumbridge castle, you're script isn't repeating what you were doing 1-2 days ago its, moving you're screen differently, its banking differently, its clicking on different places on map, its running to a bank differently all these things come into play making your account look more realistic to the eye of the public and to J-Mods/Moderators, as this is the type of stuff they watch for same repetitive movements on accounts. Doing this also lowers your rate of reports on your account so you have a less chance of being system banned then getting the ban hammer on Monday-Tuesday. I'll explain why I think micro-managing you're account is an important role in not getting banned in my experience: I Believe Micro-managing you're account even with a flawless script is important in my experience. I believe talking in-game making friends, meet people in-game, responding to situations in the game helps majorly in not getting banned as JMods, can go invisible watch you bot, look like a NPC and look up chat logs on your account. I believe talking to others not only gives you less reports, you look active you are less suspicious to the public and moderators then a account standing at trees all day not doing anything but the flawless script running your account. I'm not saying this does a lot I'm just saying what I believe in my experience has helped me prevent getting banned. If you don't agree with this section that's your own opinion don't go making rude comments I'm just trying to assist the botting community. For example instead of woodcutting at Willows in Draynor if you want to power-bot them go to Lumbridge Willows or Rimmington Willows these places have a lower botting rate and that itself give's you a lot lower chance of being banned especially if you bot no longer then 6 hours a day if you want you're account to last. There are a lot of non-active botting areas in Free to play area for yews and willows that you can always use to your advantage. This is my first forum post to Dreambot try not give me to much harsh comments I understand not everyone may agree with what I have to say in this. This is just based off my experience botting not only with Dreambot but with other programs too. Would like feedback one what people think. If there is anything you believe is incorrect wrong, or don't agree with it feel free to give me the feedback on it thank you. Here is the a photo of my account when I got 98 woodcutting from 93 using this script.
ImFromHell 3 Author Posted September 13, 2016 Thank you for the tips! No problem if you have any questions feel free to ask any. (relating to woodcutting) haha
Flying Low 2 Posted September 13, 2016 Are you dropping your wood, or banking it? If you are banking, does the bot add some randomness to the path to the bank?
mauricimoo 2 Posted September 13, 2016 has one of your accounts have been banned on your home IP before? are you botting on your home IP? also, what really bothers me is the spelling mistakes (you're -> should be your (eg: Changing you're woodcutting ).
romfan 42 Posted September 13, 2016 Are you dropping your wood, or banking it? If you are banking, does the bot add some randomness to the path to the bank? I think you should ask Hashtag for this. He is the script writer.
ImFromHell 3 Author Posted September 13, 2016 Are you dropping your wood, or banking it? If you are banking, does the bot add some randomness to the path to the bank? I have been Botting yews, so I have been banking it, unfortunately the with this free script it only does banking path the same time, thats why I "Change woodcutting" locations to make the path to banking different every 1-2 days so it does not look the same. has one of your accounts have been banned on your home IP before? are you botting on your home IP? also, what really bothers me is the spelling mistakes (you're -> should be your (eg: Changing you're woodcutting ) I am botting on my home IP and I have never been banned on this IP or on any accounts I've botted with for many years now. To the spelling mistakes, sorry for any I did rush through the guide and didn't spend enough time making sure all the grammar is correct but people see understand what I meant regardless I'm pretty sure. Thanks for you're feedback.
Slayhan 1 Posted September 14, 2016 Thanks for all the tips, what is your major goal in botting these two accounts by the way? Just wondering.
