Anti ban camera movement?

I just went back to scripting after taking a year long break. What I want to know is there is some way I can make the camera move while i am wood cutting for example.

 

Was thinking about something like 

If (getLocalPlayer().isAnimationg()){

 

Random_camera_movemnt_n_shit();

 

Sleep(Calculations.random (3000, 6000));

}

Any ideas how to do this ?

do a Calculation.random or something before moving the camera so that it doesn't always move it.
