Deal with it Features - Is actually fucking amazing - A delicious way to get kale, which is crazy nutrient dense - Keeps you from dying of malnutrition - Uses strong, custom antioxidant Setup - Things you'll need are: Eggs, milk, kale, meat (I used turkey bacon), cheese, shrooms, peppers, mustard, pepper, anything else you want. - Start by cracking 2 or 3 eggs per omelette into a mixing cup, add about 1/3 the volume in milk and beat together with some pepper and a drop or two of mustard. - Chop up your meat and kale and cheese into little bits. - Melt a section of butter in a skillet, heat for a bit before pouring egg mix in - Use a spatula/rubber scraper to push eggs to the middle so they don't stick and burn, you'll notice floating 'scrunches' of egg, this is good - Continue doing this till the skillet is nearly all solid egg, but not completely - Put all your stuff on, kale, meat, cheese, mushrooms, etc - Using the spatula, flip the egg over the stuff you just put on like it's a little taco of egg - Cover skillet for a bit and lower heat, wait before carefully flipping the omelette over with the spatula or if you're a pro by tossing it in the skillet - Eat it all because it's amazing and great stuff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
