Nuclear Nezz 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Honestly yo, just call paypal and tell them what happened. If you call, the customer support is generally very helpful with these kinds of things. Back when Speed scammed people, I'm pretty sure he lost every dispute (at least he did when he cb'd his donor and cb'd dreamlicker) because we called. You'll 100% win if it was sent to you as a payment for a good/service. If it was a gift then w/e tell them it wasn't a gift.

Dreamlicker 749 Share Posted October 2, 2015 i bought the account. i payed 50% first then 50% 2months later. then 2months after that he recovered. my buyer protection for first payment goes out in october :/ Take as many screenshots as you can about the details of your communications with the seller and upload them to the dispute page. I uploaded 10+ screenshots with various amounts of information in them with good descriptions of what was occurring, assuming that the dispute representative has no clue about anything I discussed. Basically, act as if they are children with no understanding of anything so that you give the most information and allow them to fully understand what has occurred. Also, call them again and ask to speak to higher ups if they can't help, but always be very polite and cordial. If the seller has done things of this nature before, you can even tell the Paypal reps about this and ask them to investigate earlier transactions of his, as there may possibly be old disputes or even current ones other than yours. This is very suspicious to Paypal so if that;'s the case , it will help to bring that up.
iloveadv 1 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Hello, I used to be an avid seller on Ebay and other E-commerce websites back in the day. I used to sell strictly digital goods and would sometimes have disputes from buyers. If you are out of the 2 month timeframe it make get tricky but not impossible. I have lost disputes from buyers who filled a claim 3 months after a transaction. Here is a little cheat sheet straight from Paypal. "11.5 Items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection. The following are examples of items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller protection. Intangible items, including Digital Goods, and services. ***(AKA, The RS account you bought) Claims or Chargebacks for Significantly Not as Described. Items that you deliver in person, including in connection with In-Store Checkout. PayPal Direct Payments. Virtual Terminal Payments." If you have any other questions just ask. Or want some examples of how you can word it. I have a log of all the customers who disputed against me and either won or lost.

Yes, if you can find a thread of his banning for a scam on pb then ss that and send it & a link to the dispute center. Mention that he has done this in multiple places if so and there will be multiple disputes. I don't know if they see all disputes on an acc unless they investigate that specifically. I also PM'd speed's mom on FB saying he was a thief so if you can find his info then maybe do the same and they'll get banned from the internet by their parents
