Hey, I understand the timing is terrible. However, I can see that you've used the script for nearly 25 hours already and we have a runtime limit of 6 hours for refunds. The purchase was made on the 2nd of April and the client downtime started on the 9th, so that matches the week you mentioned quite well. I'm afraid this purchase is not refundable for those reasons.

Your subscription will be extended after the client is updated to compensate for the lost subscription days, though.

Yes, script subscriptions will also be extended.

yep fair i was wrong sorry however im surprised there arnt more cases like this coming in
