Request Refund- Sub Runecrafting

Hi, I would like to request a refund on Sub Runecrafting as the script has not been working for me at all really. It never complete GOTR to the point it gets any rewards, constantly gets stuck at altar portals trying to empty rune pouch. The same for lava runes. The script constantly gets stuck at portals and has trouble emptying rune pouch. Im just not impressed with this script one bit as I haven't gained anything with the 5hrs of running this script.. Sorry for being difficult it's the last thing I want to do but I'd like to get my moneys worth at least a little bit and here I feel like im not getting my worth one bit. Thanks for taking this time.
