VIP display error help

I purchased 10 VIPs in one go on January 7, and now they all show an expiration date of February 7. Please help me, I should have accumulated 10 months for purchasing 10 VIPs. It hasn't accumulated to 10 months and is expiring all at once on February 7
Please add 9 months of VIP
