Launcher Issue

Hey all, I was wondering if you all could help me. When I click on the DB Launcher it loads CMD for a brief second then closes and doesn't open the client.  I can however open CMD and do "java -jar DBLauncher.jar" and it opens and runs just fine. I do notice when I start it this way if you look at the CMD it says it "guessed" the binary path... idk if that's normal or if that's what the launcher's issue is. I have never had an issue with this before on previous computers I was able to click the launcher, and it started. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still no luck... thanks for any help!

Make sure you open the launcher with Java SE binary
