Hey, we're sorry to hear about the ban. However, it is stated in our refund terms that getting banned is not a valid reason for a refund. You've also used the product for more than 6 hours, which is the limit we have for refunds. I'm afraid you're not eligible for a refund for this purchase.

Can I swap to another script then? I won't be using this script no more so I'd like to use another
