I just was creating an account and my internet disconnected.

Now i always get the message

"Sorry you have been blocked" when i want to create a new account or trying to login on launcher.

What now?

Are you using a VPN or proxy?
That might be an issue with creating or logging in.

proxy, yes. but no vpn. i think my ip is banned what can i do there? how can i switch my ip?

Iam using webshares free proxys. are there proxys that work?

Personally, I would not use Webshare Proxies, especially not the free ones, a lot of people used them so they might be flagged by Jagex.
Also, you won't get banned if you don't use a proxy, why should you? IP-Bans on OSRS are very, very rare, especially if you don't run a farm.
If you just bot on 1-5 accounts, you really don't need a proxy.
I personally run 4-6 accounts on one machine with one IP-Adress and I did not get IP banned since then, of course accounts will get banned but not cuz ur IP is flagged.
If you don't create accounts on a huge scale, you should be fine using the same IP.

the ip has been flagged obviously. it will get lifted eventually, but will take allot of time.

not true at all dont listen to this guy , if you use the same ip all the accounts will get hit at once it happened to me already, accidently hadthem running on same proxy both got canned and the ip got banned. within a day too
