DB Launcher downloaded & not opening or working?

Hi all,

 

As the title suggests.. I have downloaded the DB launcher file (pictured) & it is a word document.

 

I have downloaded Java suitable for my computer (Windows 64 version) as per a troubleshooting guide, yet it still does not work.

 

I have attached the error popups I am experiencing for reference, this is when I try to open the DB Launcher file in order to run the client.

 

Any assistance & help is much appreciated.

It's a Jar file as it says on the right.
Try: right click --> open with --> Java(TM) Platform SE binary
Looks like the default opening for .jar files is word on your machine
