2 breaks one after another

how can i set 2 breaks to go off right after another? like a break starts at 7-8pm ends at 7:30-8:15am and a break starts at 1:30pm ends at 3:45pm

you would need t use "time of day" break to make breaks time specific.

is there a specific way id have to make them? like a special order? i want to it to be like, ill run from 7-815am and have it break at 1-145 then start again at 230-315 until 7-30
