Can't create new accounts

I make my accounts on my phone on mobile data and restart my phone everytime I make an account and never had issues till yesterday I get stuck at a loading wheel and cannot proceed why is that? I restart phone and clear the internet cache but it'd still doing it! Any solutions??

This has happened to me also. Does Cloudflare part then goes onto this. 

I was thinking its to do the proxy you're using

I don't use any proxy I make the accounts on my phone so whe. I restart my phone I get a new ip I have never had issues making accounts till today

So I'm guessing my phone or my regular internet won't be able too create accounts anymore?

Sorry about the problem! I have another one - I always forget my passwords and then can't log in to my accounts. But passwords are very important to protect your data.
