Hello,

I attempted to use the credit applied to my account after a refund to make a purchase. However, the credit amount was less than the purchase. The credit was processed but the purchase was unsuccessful. I ended up paying for the script via card.

Are you able to take a look at it and re-apply the credit to my account?
