    7. Desired Outcome: Credit towards lifetime instance

Hi there, I did not realize the monthly cost auto-renewed. I thought I was just going to try the script for one month. I purchased one month of RS membership, tried the script, then forgot about it for 4 months. I just realized it when I saw the multiple charges on my bank statement. I am requesting that I can have the 3 months of totally unused subscription towards a lifetime instance now that I'm aware of it. I understand if not, as it's my mistake, but if I could be credited it would be awesome.

Hey, there is no way for me to verify at which point you've been using the script. I only see that you've used it quite a lot recently. The most recent renewal is nearly a month ago, which is over the 14 days grace period we have for refunds. It also looks like you've canceled the subscription on the 11th, so it appears you were aware of the subscription at that point.

I'm afraid I can't refund any of the months.

Yeah I started using it once I saw 5 charges for it and have cancelled it! Figured as much but was worth a question. Thank you for your time!

To be clear I am not actually wanting a refund, I want credit towards a lifetime subscription if at all possible since I've basically paid the same amount on accident.
