client not downloading on my dedi server , dreambot only opens if i use CMD java -jar %userprofile%\Downloads\DBLauncher.jar

when i download dblauncher and want to open i get this tried them all but nothing works

Make sure to install Java and if that doesn't work try running JarFix, you can find the download on the bottom of this page:
