Free4GPPlzBro 0 Posted December 10, 2023 I purchased 6 instances of GREV to test a botting method I thought would be profitable. When I made this purchase it was intended to be a "ONE TIME PURCHASE" not RECURRING. I recently checked my credit card history and see not only was I charged the first month (October) I was also charged in November, and now December. I haven't used the bot since my first month subscription expired in early November. These charges for a total of $300 need to be refunded. You can check my usage on my account and see that I have not used a single one of these scripts beyond the first month. There also needs to be something in place to show that when you "sign up" that the charges are recurring. That was never made clear at any point and was not my intention at all.

The renewals are clearly stated in the store page (it shows the renewal price), and the checkout (it says you'll be charged $X today, and $X on your first renewal with the date of the renewal). Additionally, we send emails for each renewal 5 days before it's renewed to give you plenty of time to cancel and not be charged.
