client breaks (not sure where to put this)

lookin to understand how the breaks work. ive made plenty of accounts and messed with breaks but seem to always get banned even though i switch between skills. i do use a VPN. anyone got any suggestions of times for breaks? Im central time zone in the United States.

VPN isn't the best for botting. If youre just running a couple of bots your far better off just using your regular home IP. If you really want to use something other than your hope IP, you should get a residential proxy.
