Will not dismiss random events

I thought this was a script issue, it's not considering this is a DB setting and not a script setting (Such as breaks)

 

Regardless of the script I use, it is set to dismiss random events and I've been watching my account for the last week or so get random events and I usually have to intervene and either do the event or dismiss it manually.

 

Any idea on how to solve this?

Have you tried reinstalling the client?
