    It means the web node has been blacklisted and can't be used by the walking algorithm anymore. 
    The way walking works on DreamBot is by moving from one webnode to another. 
    When a webnode is blacklisted, the connection between it and other nodes are severed forcing the bot to take a different path to get to it's destination.
