Any way to run the quester with ironman mode, as in, have all the requirements in inv/bank and skip GE part?

I'm trying to run this as an ironman but it keeps trying to purchase items off the GE even though i've already got the items in the bank. I even attempted to place the items in my inventory but it still attempts to buy from the GE as if i don't have them. Specific examples were fishing rod/fly fishing rod, bird snares and ring of dualing. I made sure to set the parameters to only what I would be capable of doing ex. rod fishing until 70 fishing from 55, hunter to 43 from 9, rooftop agility, motherlode mine, and woodcutting willows with a rune axe.

Does this script come with the most advanced extermination? and does it come from a quest? need to know before buying

Don't buy this. All 5 of my accounts were detected and permanently banned. I used several breaks every 2 or 3 hours.

This error keeps popping up on the script and wont even start

I used the trial on a account that had no flags and reason to be suspected, hadn't previously botted on it. The account was banned before the trial even completed.

I got bans on 2 rested accounts botting for less than 20hrs and using breaks. I guess some training methods are detected
