    i'd really like to buy some scripts but i dont have a credit card, pretty anoying. is PayPal coming back anytime soon?

    I don't imagine any time soon if I had to guess, due to the nature of paypal it's fairly common for people to attempt charge backs on purchases which is just a massive headache for administration in terms of time and money. There's a number of users here that may be willing to purchase credit for you for a fee, or for rs gold.
