What did this user do?: Around 3 weeks ago, me and use @Camel123 agreed upon a scripting service I would provide for him, which was discussed in private over the forum and on Discord. The service was basically that I would make a Mule script for him for 40M, and a Hunter script for him for 60M, for 100M in total that I told him would take 1-2 weeks of time or more (due to real life obstacles, not because I'm "slow"). As agreed, he paid first and I began working on the Mule script. (I would like to note* that during this time, as explained numerous times to Camel123, that the service would be delayed a bit due to my family moving homes and other personal life issues occurring at the same time.) Throughout the service, Camel123 was satisfied with the paid Mule script that functioned 100% in my eyes and I even showed him via live screen-share that it worked. I was paid 40M for this part and then I began to work on the Hunter script. During this time of working on the Hunter script, as explained earlier I was being delayed by real life obstacles that I told him numerous times that we were going to be delayed because of the following: moving houses, family member going to hospital, and visiting relatives -- all out of my reach of control. While working on the Hunter script, he paid me an extra 30M, and would pay the remaining 30M after completion. Apparently this user did not give a shit about being "patient" and decided to nag me constantly on Discord about the script and demanded "all of his money back" - including the money he paid for a fully working Mule script that he saw work himself flawlessly. Due to different timezones, he would message me when I was asleep or away and constantly spam my Discord asking for his money back because he assumed that I didn't finish the script. On top of this, he was demanding like the latter, begging for "all of his money" back. A further few days ensue and he assumes that I was "scamming" him and was keeping his money. We eventually come to an agreement that I would pay him 30M and give him the working Mule script (which he already paid for and received a working .JAR file for it) -- as he claimed his mom was in "tough times" (not mocking him, just his exact words). I explicitly told him it would take me a few days to get the 30M OSRS GP (as I have used it on other accounts and bought items in-game) it would take time for me to get that 30M to trade him. I would do this by completing a service for another user, but he just spammed my Discord and threatened to give me a negative review just because he can't wait for his 30M. On top of this, he spams the forums in the wrong sections saying I am a "scammer" falsely and saying that I am a "bad scripter". How am I a "scammer" if I could have ran away with the 10M you traded me as a downpayment and I actually completed one of the two scripts that I wrote and tested in front of your own eyes?

What do you want resolved?: I agreed to refund this user 30M for the unfinished Hunter script and send him a final version of the Mule script (which is 100% complete and has no bugs), but he would have to wait for his 30M refund because I do not have the 30M OSRS GP at the moment. On top of that, this user is intentionally trying to use defamation against me by spamming the forums and Babble without any evidence or giving insight to others on my side of the story, and gave me a false negative review. For the ladder I would like this user dealt with accordingly on the community's accord, not my own.

 

I think it's quite immature to claim that someone is "scamming" you when you are too immature to give them time to refund you 30M when you were explained to that it would take a few days because I don't have it at the moment. And instead of manning up and talking to me on Discord, you decide to go on the forum and spread lies, defamation, and utter bullshit without evidence.

Updates on the situation. @Camel123 continuously "harassing" and "blackmailing" me on Discord. I put it in quotations because this guy is really toxic to speak to and makes it difficult for me to talk to him in a "calm" manner.

And although I am not immature enough to try getting someone's account banned, I do have screenshots of all of your accounts for my own safety if you try anything.

After addressing the issue to both parties on Discord, following conclusions were drawn from evidence and conversation:

- ArmyOfDragons only managed to complete the muling part of a two-parter script, which in itself is useless.
- Camel123 started becoming toxic and hostile towards Army as time went on. He felt like progression was too slow.
- Camel123 and ArmyOfDragons agreed on a 30M refund.
- Camel123 has made explicit threats to ArmyOfDragons, as well as defaming his name prior to this dispute.

Conclusion: You're both at fault. And the core of the problem was a lack of proper communication.

Course of action:

@ArmyofDragons: You are to refund Camel 30M within the upcoming 72 hours. If you can't get the gold in time, refund him through Paypal. 
Before you take on a new private script again, get scripter+. This way, your private scripting service becomes a Dreambot sanctioned service.

@Camel123: You will be infracted for toxic behaviour and harrassment twice. This means you'll be suspended from our website for a week. However, I will only put these infractions on your account after the refund has taken place.

Making threats to people, especially about their real life information, is not a joke. We understand that you were upset about the situation, but you decided to react in a very poor way. Next time, pick up a scripter+. If something goes awry then, you can create a dispute to get this stuff settled in a proper manner.

I expect both of you to post on this dispute when the refund has happened.

Overall, I don't like chatting with toxic and ignorant people who have no respect for someone. I hope the evidence above finds you a good place away from this website from your behavior, imho. Regardless it makes you a laughing stalk trying to play the "victim" in this situation when you clearly are a blatantly lying, harassing toxic human being.

 

I told you and Articron that I blocked you on Discord because you are constantly spamming, harassing, and blackmailing me on Discord and I will refund you once I have the 30M within the 72 hour timeframe provided by the staff members. Will I un-block you on Discord just so you can hurl insults and annoy me? @Camel123 showed his true colors when I traded him back the 30M in-game. He ran off and said "thanks idiot", and then said he would not remove his blatantly false negative review on my profile. Would be great if a staff member looked into that along with the other evidence of harassment and blackmailing in the screenshots above.
