Dispute: So, yesterday Zenterian scammed our customer's 500m when he was doing firecape for him. Account had 500m value in bank.

First, i have a clear ToS that says
5. If you have any substantial wealth on the account, it is your responsibility to protect it (Either Bank Pin/Transfer Trade).

As i gave this job away to one of my workers he is responsible.
According to my ToS i can provide the fire cape service for free but i am not responsible for the wealth on the account.

@zenterian Do you have any evidence that suggests you passed this down? 

To me, the screenshots that were provided by @knm imply that you were doing the order yourself.

If your worker scams, you're still responsible. It's not our problem if you don't choose reliable workers. It's yours. I don't care if your ToS says "haha if you use me I'm going to scam you"

That does not mean you can scam him. Was it irresponsible of him to not use a bank pin? Sure. Does it mean you're off the hook for taking his gold? No.

Zenterian has been banned for scamming. He will have to refund the people he scammed if he ever wishes to return.
