    Hey guys if any of you are recently starting of to workout or just need some advice on a workout plan or pretty much anything about fitness feel free to ask me any questions ill be happy to help. Yes that's me in the picture.

    Creatine: Y/N for building mass? I'd cut the excess off afterwards, but I'm not looking to do any kind of cycling between bulking and cutting.

    I personally wouldn't recommend to use creatine just stick with mass gainer/ regular protein of your choosing that's all you need.
