Most of the time it will put an overpriced offer to make sure that it buys the item. It will start once it has bought all the required items. Nowadays the bot is using the standard prices (+ some %s), some items are hardcoded. Usually price manipulation isn't a problem, it can occur 3-4 times/year, I do have some GE improvements planned once the remaining quests are added.
