hugepanic 1 Posted May 30, 2017 1. Script purchased: Pandemic AIO Fighter 2. Date of purchase: 4/30/17 3. Detailed description of problem: I only used this a little bit after initial purchase. The bot is very un-human like and got 15 accounts banned in a week. I have had it mess up at a couple of NPC locations and it just does not seem polished. I agree with some of the other users who have received refunds for this script. (NOTE) I am not asking for a refund due to the bans, it is the scripts bugged functionality, that has me scared to run it any longer.) ​4. Proof of attempted scripter contact (screenshots only): I only posted in his thread a while ago, dont think I ever got a response. 5. Proof of script issue(s) (screenshot/gif/video): N/A 6. Desired outcome: Problem(s) fixed / Refund / Script swap (from same scripter): Refund 1. Script purchased: #1 Woodcutting 2. Date of purchase: 4/28/17 3. Detailed description of problem: I have not used the script at all since day of initial purchase. I thought I would be using it a lot, but sadly it has gone unused. ​4. (#1 NMZ works great though!) 1. Date of purchase: 4/27/17 2. Detailed description of problem: VIP Auto-Renewed, I did not know that this automatically set, but id like a refund. ??

hugepanic 1 Author Posted May 30, 2017 Is it stated when buying scripts that there is a two week refund period? I sadly did not know this, any exception that can be made?
Hashtag 9070 Posted May 30, 2017 It is stated in the refund request template. All refunds are subject to review, and only eligible if the request is made within 14 days after purchase (7 days for VIP/Sponsor). Anything after that is final, and therefore non-refundable. Unfortunately no exception can be made. Otherwise we would have to grant everyone an exception. I hope you understand.
