Odds of getting banned?

I only have one account on osrs and don't feel like making another main. I have played on it legit and gotten around a 1450 total level and barrows gloves etc... I am trying to get 94 mage and hunt chins for range. What are the odds of the account getting banned if there has been no ban on the account. I am only going to use the bots, which are all paid bots, when I am actually there. I am just so tired of clicking. Any suggestions?

Do not bot on an account that you care about. If you need chins for range, try running a few throw away accounts on the side to raise money for your main account

Would i need to use a vpn or proxy to prevent chain ban on main if never botted?
