I am using dragonstone bolts in a low populated world in my country (Australia). i dare say it might be due to my internet connection as I’m hot spotting off of my phone.

Hi Gains, Not sure what I’m doing wrong here but I seem to max out at 170-180k XP/HR enchanting these bolts. Any idea of what I should do or why this is happening? I hear nothing but great feedback so I feel it’s on my end.
