Thanks for the quick reply, maybe this is a lead: If I start the script and forcefully put all runes in the bank it will take out the runes but then it can't detect them anymore in the inventory for some reason.

Training magic is broken, its trying to spend all money on runes while having 50,000+ of each rune and if I look in the console the scripts thinks it doesn't have any runes available.
