Observed it for 10 minutes. Patterns are too obvious it'll likely trigger a ban quickly if powermining something like iron. The dropping of ore goes always in the same pattern which no human player does. Rotation of camera is quite aggressive for powermining ( a lot of rotation, but I'm not sure if that triggers bans ). I think it's the dropping pattern that's the culprit. Otherwise it's a good and solid script.

It might be that the proxy was flagged earlier as being used as bots -> results in fast ban. Woodcutting bans also trigger fast from new accounts esp in f2p. For best results use the script for 2-3 hrs in areas other than yews, then do something else for a while.
