Avoid patterns as much as possible.

Use Maven if you can, you just need to run a Maven Install every time you are looking to compile your script then. An example pom file can be found here: https://github.com/vakho10/dreambot-quickstart/blob/master/pom.xml

I was going to do Puro Puro Eclectics for mediums in a script but Puro Puro is a pain to handle compared to guards.

Does your script handle getting the clues as well?

I made an easy clue script, was a lot of work involved. I'd say I completed over 1000 clues on 4 accounts and even still I never got every possible clue. I made it from scratch as well.
