Banking at Clan Wars is done with the chest after banking is completed it will go to the portal and enter and continue the next run!
The portal at clan wars will restore run, hp & prayer while also resetting any negative effects. (Make sure to use a arrival tele if using this method) GUI:

Update 1.63. What's new?
Cook's Assistant: it no longer gets stuck on top of the trapdoor near the chickens. The Restless Ghost: it no longer gets stuck at the ghost.
