dreambot opens but osrs doesnt

iv uninstalled dreambot, an java . I open up dreambot an i hit launch client and then nothing

How did you uninstall dreambot? Because you have to delete the folder files.

Install the Java 8 JDK and try that

i got it working i had a new anti virus program and it was blocking runescape itself, i was deleting the folders and everything that had to do with dreambot but wasn't the problem. it  was only blocking runescape when i used a proxy so it took me a while to figure out what was going on since when i opened rs normaly i didnt use a proxy.

My proxy isn't loading runescape it is stuck on the dreambot logo when I open it. Where can I get a decent socks5 proxy?
