Try clearing your cache by enabling fresh start in client settings and restart the client. Also, manually empty the dispenser to see if that helps. I'll look into doing so next time it happens - I think it happens when trying to click the bank chest, the NPC walks by at the right time thus the bot clicks on that instead.
