mjrge1991 2 Posted June 29, 2016 Good morning, Yesterday i bought the VIP package and then i went and canceled the subscription for the recurring payments. The problem is that now even thought it states i have VIP until July 28 my accounts does not show it even though the payment went through. Is there any way to fix this to get the VIP i purchased ?? Thank you.

You tried canceling the subscription through our site, which doesn't work, you have to cancel it through PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ2058 I've extended your VIP to end on the 29th, instead of the 28th
