cant purchase sponsor

hello I bought $40 voucher from someone and redeemed it and when I try to buy the 6 month sponsor rank it says this

You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance.

 

can this be fixed because my vip expires in a few days and need sponsor by than
