With those stats I would honestly do sand crabs/rock crabs. I started doing NMZ when I was 60/70/10 and didn't get great xp until I was 70/70/70. You can enter the dream manually and then just let the script run after you are in and it will do fine. I have just been checking mine every hour or so to make sure it doesn't get stuck.
