Golfarming question.

Im not asking for methods before you post so please take this into consideration when replying.

 

 

All I am asking is that in terms of bans, training and profit/h which is more viable to bot on. Rs3 or 07. Also does anyone have any experience selling rs3 gold?

if you are doing it on the best way possible and make the risk for ban as low as possible, RS07 would be the best option.

But you need to make sure that you are botting/farming as smart as possible becuase they have a kind of an interessting ban system and a client (not just dreambot only) is not preventing manual bans and some autobans.

If I was you, I should make on both Runescapes (RS3 and RS07) a normal account and just make that a normal account. Check the world, check the ways of making money, check how easy you can see other bots and than make a choice what RS is best fitting at your playstyle.

 

For goldfarming is also important to check the markets:

-Do you sell to people or to company

-Do they need gold

-What gold they need and how much.

 

Check your computer, how much acounts are you able to run (RAM) and think about what method are you going to use.

If you are going to use the same method on (for example) lobsters on 100 accounts, then it will be kind of a profitmaker theoratically.

But in the game people will see in every possible world 1-2 account (if F2P 7-8 each world) botting and they will go report, if they find out that you are doing it in 2 worlds, they just hop and report all of them. Also if you are able to do it and you got big stacks of Lobsters (in this example) think about the market, there is a big risk that the prices will drop if you post a lot of them.

I'm Always in for some advice.

If you want to become a professional goldfarmer it will cost a lot of time to prepare yourself.

You need to have as much experience and knowlegde as possible of:

-Ban system (single ban, IP ban, PC Ban)

-Gold selling market and prices

-How the GE works (price falls and raises)

-What items are needed for skills/quests

 

Know everything about your client and scripts and their "anti-ban":

-Proxys (VPN, VPS)

-Break Systems

-Sleep codes in the scripts

-Mouse movements

-Different modes (injection, reflection, mirror)

-RAM usage

-Amount of "babysitting" needed

 

This knowledge will cost you atleast several weeks/months and a lot of accounts.

Try walking around and think what people do you think that are botting and why do you think that, make this reason solved on your own accounts. (example you think someone is botting cause it is cutting magic logs, is lvl 3 and it has the standard outfit (green pants, brown top), then make sure you don't have accounts like that)

 

U need to know as much as possible about the game itselves, think about the map, recuirements etc.

 

Think about how you want to make money (gold coins) in the game, you can kill npc for money, thieving for money or producing items for money (just some examples)

Of course most people are producing items for money, try searching the best possible item if u want to do it on that way.

Some items like P-hats are collective items, but items like food or logs are needed for skills, so they are Always needed by players. (so they sell)

Keep for this Always an eye on the graphs of the GE (runescape site).

 

I would also say:

Never use a farming method that you find on searching internet. You are not the only one searching internet, other farmers are, but Jagex is also (Bans).

 

If u want to become a real professional after you got a lot of experience in the farming itselves, I should go for a private client and script.

This will cost you some money, but is really effective.

Just think about if you can find clients and scripts easy on internet, then Jagex can also and know exactly where to look for bots.
