Zulrah script?

Is there some scripter that would be interested in making an zulrah script?

Of course anyone who teaches me and helps me develope would get to use it for a few weeks while testing. I HAVE NEVER DONE ZULRAH, so the person would need to be good and aquire the data i would need to write it (i can write data grabbers)
