first time trying a proxy

to preface this newer to botting. so i went to oxylabs got 10 isp residental proxys. i tested it on google chrome using their extension. it works on chrome. it uses "isp.oxylabs.io" is their "ip" then your port and username to follow. figured that all out then tested it on dreambot using my 8001 proxy and 8002 proxy and it wont connect to the game. keep getting connection to game failed retrying. tried using the actual ip tried using their "entry" tried adding socks5:// to the "ip/entry" and nothing. getting frustrated not sure if its a proxy issue or dreambot issue. any help is appreciated im sorry if this isnt allowed here. if anyone has any ideas or feedback that could help i appreciate your time and efforts ty

problem solved oxylabs considers runscape as a "restricted target" so it is blocked! on to the next i guess
