Fluminense 3 Posted March 7 Hi! I would like to introduce myself and ask a few questions about the bot itself. I started to play Runescape in 2006 and never got interested in botting before, but for the past few months I have been joining the forum as I visitor to check the topics and got interested in start in this world. So I have a few questions that I hope you guys can answer it, if this topic is in the wrong section, please correct me. 1. If I create a brand new account today and start to bot right after the tutorial island in F2P, how fast would I be banned? How long should I play legit? 2. I'm not planning to start a big gold farm as I've seen around OSRS, but I want to make an side money with a couple of characters (2-3). Should I use a VPN for that or can I stay with my home connection and data? 3. About bans, I know it's never 100% safe and it can be very volatile about how someone is banned. But If I got banned in one of these accounts, there is risk that my main gets banned too? Considering that I will be using a different e-mail, password, nothing will be related to my main or my main e-mail, etc. 4. Is the paid scripts safer than the free ones? I'm considering to invest in the Dreamy AIO Skiller Elite Lifetime, it's worth it for a starter to buy it? Thank you for your time and sorry if these are stupid questions Fluminense

Depends on the script being used, and it's rumored that some legitimate gameplay can help confuse their system. I assume you will be banned fast if you're using a basic public script. I think you should get ambitious and suicide a few accounts on a VPN to get a feel for what works and what doesn't. 2 hours ago, Fluminense said: 2. Should I use a VPN for that or can I stay with my home connection and data? Reserve your real IP for your main. VPNs have unique IPs that are easy to detect. Another issue is that random players have probably used them to cheat or rule break. It's still a better alternative to your home IP though. However, your home IP can be "dynamic" meaning that it can change. Try to test and see if your IP changes after a modem reset. If not, then as a newbie you should use VPNs to experiment with risky scripts. Then when you're ready to get serious with something that works, you should use something like proxies. 2 hours ago, Fluminense said: 3. Don't trade anything over. If you want to give cash to a mule account, I'd suggest doing it through a gold selling website like https://www.partypeteshop.com/. Jagex will never reverse goldfarming macro bans. They absolutely do track who receives the loot from gold farming accounts. However, if your bot farm is undetected, then they're not really detecting anything you're doing, so you still have a window to sell the loot and continue botting. 2 hours ago, Fluminense said: 4. Is the paid scripts safer than the free ones? It's worth it for a starter to buy it? Paid scripts are definitely better. They're more intelligently designed, and can offer built-in antiban. They're even more complex, and can offer you customizability that would keep your account under the radar. People get amazing progress reports on the paid scripts. For more information, you should reach out to the scripters discord communities and get to know some of the people running those scripts if you'd like to learn what works for them. For now, my recommendations are the free scripts so that you can get an impression for the risks in using free scripts. Go slow, start off with just 2 hours of botting then wait until tomorrow to see if you got banned. Then ramp it up to like 5 hours. You really want to go slow and learn from the failures, so you can learn which scripts, or methods are least detectable. Edited March 7 by Flamo J Dot 1
