Crazy rare rs3 skiller account for sale 9 hitpoints/constitution (can claim 20 year vet cape)

I'm selling my rare rs3 level 3 9 hp skiller it's a weird account (You will have to google rs 9 hp for the back story behind them) but one of the most unique/wanted rs3 skilling accounts.

My discord is Jimmie#1931 and skype pickaxe. (with the dot) looking for paypal/crypto $200 obo.

 

But the account has multiple 99s already, other decent skilling stats asking $200 bank is empty just skilling supplies nothing special to show. I'm also a known account seller on DB will come with full recovery info and creation. You can also claim the veteran capes this account is really old and can claim them all it was originally a rs classic account 20+ years old.
