Was there a change to allowed client amounts?

Botting is still new and very casual for me so I haven't needed to upgrade yet. 2 clients at once was way more than enough for me. At least for now. I have one client open, however today it told me there were too many clients open when starting my 2nd. Was the amount for standard users lowered to 1 session instead of 2? I don't mind, and completely understand, considering it's free. I don't bot enough for it to affect me too much I was just curious if this was patched in or an issue on my end.
