As title the Jagex Account import popup web window often locks up with a white screen. Can we add something so the user can just refresh the page instead of starting that entire process over or something?

This happens a lot. It takes at minimum 10 or so attempts to enter a username, password and 2FA email into the "Import New Characters" popup window before it can make it to the end without going to a fully white screen with no way to go back (Even the right-click menu doesn't appear)

It seems these below posts talk about similar experiences with no solution at the end

This continues to happen many times when trying to simply add a Jagex Account. Is there going to be any response on this at all?

It would also be nice if it could set a default pin on these Jagex-imported accounts so they don't get stuck on a pin screen indefinitely during script runs.
