    I've been using the client on windows and never realized it had a menu. I recently installed it on my Mac and saw there's a menu that does a lot of things like showing items on the floor/inv etc.

     

    It would be great if this menu was available on windows.

    what do you mean? try enabling the "developer mode" on your Windows PC, which should show the menu bar that has 'tools', 'client', etc. you will also be able to see ground items, inventory, hover examines, and more from the drop downs of the menu items.
