db client issues

i have no clue whats going on at this point i have verified my java version and gpu versions are updated i have tried a system restore and more. i have been using db for around a year now and never had an issue but all of the sudden it has become completely unusable client sided i can open other bots i can open runelite etc and dont have any issues at all only issues i have are with db and scripts within it. (i have tried deleted the dreambot launcher and folders etc and that didnt help either). if i hover the mouse over start and it pops up the description start script the whole client bugs out if i click a drop down menu like to change what account im using the whole client will bug out and if the script i try to run has a graphical gui with multiple options etc it will bug out the script gui as well.
 

the photos i have that really show the issue better than these two are too big for me to upload if anyone has experienced this in the past and knows what may be going on please any assistance is appreciated.

pc specs are as follows

amd ryzen9 7900x, nvidia 3090, 96gb DDR5 ram

 

nothing else seems to be an issue at this point i have tested numerous games and done cpu benchmarks EVERY hardware item passes above expectations.
